Child Baptism
(for children 7 to 16 years of age)
We welcome our new members during the Easter Vigil celebrating Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist — the three Sacraments of Initiation. This is often called the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (R.C.I.A.). There are several “Rites” or rituals celebrating membership in our community.
We welcome children who are between the ages of 7 and 16 with our adults during the Easter Vigil. Even though they may only be 7 years of age, they too will celebrate Baptism, Confirmation and Eucharist at the Easter Vigil.
To prepare your child for celebrating Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist, students participate in our Children’s Small Group Sacramental Preparation programs. Our program registration for 2017-2018 is now open. Please contact Michelle Murphy at 386.255.0433 to enroll or for more information
